The firm took over the business of General Securities Ltd, having acquired their Dealing License in December 2003.

The firm was registered to carry on the business of stockbroking and corporate finance and presently has an authorized share capital of N70million.
The share holding structure is spread among a group of individual investors who possess complimentary strength and are totally committed to long term corporate vision of the firm.
In pursuit of our vision to be an indigenous company with world class spirit, we intend to seek strategic alliance with stockbroking firms operating in London and New York Stock Exchanges and in other global financial centre.

MR. CHINEDU PETER IJOMAH, (Managing Director/Chief Executive) –
has been in the stockbroking/finance industry all his working life. He is an asute chartered stockbroker of over 16years experience with diverse professional training and qualification. He holds an MBA from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus and was the third(3rd) best student in The Nigeria Stock Exchange qualification examination for stockbrokers in December 1996.
He had a 13year stint with General Securities and Finance Co. Ltd, where he rose from Executive Trainee to Executive Director charged with day to day operation of the firm before joining the Firm as the pioneer Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed in January 2004 and helped to coordinate due diligence on General Securities Ltd before its acquisition by the promoters of ADONAI STOCKBROKERS LIMITED.

MR. EMMANUEL IKECHUKWU EZE,(Executive Director) – is an experienced chartered stockbroker of high repute with an MBA from Enugu State University of Technology and has been a trader at the Stock Exchange consistently for over 13years. He had over 13years stint with Valueline Securities & Investment Ltd, where he was the AGM Capital Market. He will be handling the daily trading activities of the firm at the Stock Exchange.

MR. STEPHEN ANYANWU (Head, Administration and Accounts) – holds an MBA in Banking and Finance, a fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has over 20years experience in Banking and Record Keeping at a management level position with Union Bank.

MR. MATHEW CHIDOBI CHINEKE (General Manager) – is a chartered and licensed stockbroker, an Educationist, Stock Market Analyst, Consultant and Fund Manager. He graduated from University of Ilorin, BED Management in 1990. He holds the Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, ACS. He is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

MR. PAUL OKOYE ONUORAH – He is an astute Manager at the Enugu Office., with managerial experience in Banking. He retired from African Continental Bank (ACB). He is charged with the daily operations of the office.

MR. NDUKWE CHARLES – He is the Branch Manager of our Port Harcourt Office. He holds an MBA in Management from University of Calabar. He was the Branch Manager of Apex Securities Limited for 10years before joining Adonai Stockbrokers as the pioneer Branch Manager, Port Harcourt. He is also an Associate Member of Certificate Pension Institute of Nigeria.
